Years ago, when Chef Gili began his international culinary training, he had one mission: to make Kosher taste amazing. As he continued cooking for large events, he noticed this same discipline had the wonderful side effect of creating vegan-friendly dishes with complex, wonderful flavors.

One of the main elements of Kosher is to not have anything that comes into contact with dairy to interact with meat. To make their certification easy, Gili’s Kitchen does not have any dairy components in anything they do. So as Gili started making his Kosher recipes, he had already solved one of the most challenging things of going vegan, avoiding dairy in items.

Gili’s Kitchen has a strong variety of meals available as vegan for lunch and dinner. We are excited to have the opportunity to serve you and are always open to suggestions of items to add. Please let us know when you order if you want these items prepared as vegan.
