Kosher Like None Other
One reason our food is so flavorful is Ricki and Gili’s mission to provide Jacksonville’s Jewish community flavorful Kosher food options. Chef Gili trained all over the world, from Paris to Singapore, Italy to Bangkok and more. And all of his training was with the goal of bringing flavorful, Kosher options back to his home in Israel.
The result was the creation of the catering company, Eat Events. With his business partner, Gili served more than 4,000 events with attendees of up to 3,000 people. He would go on to collaborate with legendary Israeli chefs including Chef Johnathan Roshfeld (a judge for Master Chef Israel).
